         Logistiikkapalvelut tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.

         Oamk siirtyy ko. tarjouspyynnön mukaisten logistiikkapalveluiden käyttäjäksi sitä mukaa kuin muutto Linnanmaan kampukselle toteutuu, kuitenkin viimeistään 1.8.2020. Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy varaa kuitenkin oikeuden kilpailuttaa tulevan Oamkin useamman kampuksen toimintojen muuttamisen Linnanmaalle erikseen, mikäli sille on tarvetta.

         Kontinkankaan kampuksen osalta Oamk pidättää oikeuden hankkia osan tarjouspyynnössä mainituista palveluista kampuksen tilojen omistajalta, mikäli ne eivät ole muutoin toteutettavissa tai toteuttaminen vaikeuttaisi kohtuuttomasti Oamkin toimintaa kyseisellä kampuksella.
