         Vantaan kaupungin hankintakeskus on pyytänyt tarjousta muuttokuljetuksista ja -palveluista sekä välivarastointipalveluista Vantaan kaupungin tarpeisiin.

         Palveluhankinta koostuu pääosin:

         - kaupungin virastojen ja yksiköiden toimitilojen muuttojen hoitamisesta,

         - kaupungin koulujen, päiväkotien, terveysasemien, tms. muutoista,

         - kaupungin sosiaali- ja terveystoimen sosiaalisin perustein myöntämistä asuntomuutoista sekä

         - edellä mainittujen välivarastointipalveluista tarpeen mukaan.

         Muuttojen laajuudet vaihtelevat pienistä muutaman huoneen muutoista kokonaisen yksikön tai organisaation siirtoon. Palvelun tarve vaihtelee tavarankuljetuksista aina täyden palvelun avaimet käteen - muuttoihin. Pianojen siirto kuuluu tähän palveluun.

         Toimittajan tulee toteuttaa tämä kuljetuspalvelu EURO 6 -päästövaatimukset täyttävällä kalustolla. Toimittajalla on oltava tämän tarjouspyynnön mukaisiin muuttoihin soveltuva, riittävä kalusto. Muutot tapahtuvat pääosin Vantaan alueella, mutta niitä voi olla muuallekin Suomeen. Välivarastointipalveluihin ja muualle kuin Vantaan alueella tapahtuviin muuttoihin muuttolaatikoina käytetään ainoastaan pahvisia muuttolaatikoita.

         Kaupunki ei sitoudu tilaamaan mitään tiettyä määrää muuttokuljetuksia ja -palveluita tai välivarastointipalvelua. Hankinta ei koske uusien kalusteiden toimitusta, paikalle asettamista tai kokoamisia, koska niistä on kaupungilla olemassa erilliset sopimukset.
