         Vantaan kaupungin hankintakeskus järjestää tarjouskilpailun kiinteistöiden lämpö-, vesi- ja viemärialan tuotteiden hankinnasta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankintoja voivat tehdä Vantaan kaupungin kaikki toimialat, liikelaitokset sekä alla luetellut kaupungin enemmistöosuudella omistamat osakeyhtiöt ja säätiöt:

         – Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy

         – VTK Kiinteistöt Oy -konserni

         – VAV Asunnot Oy

         – VAV Palvelukodit Oy.

         Tilaaja ei sitoudu sopimuskauden aikana tiettyihin hankintamääriin. Tuotekoreihin listatut tuotteet ovat volyymituotteita, jotka edustavat eniten hankittavia tuotteita sopimuskauden aikana. Sopimuskauden aikana tilaaja voi hankkia kulloisenkin tarpeen mukaan muita kuin tuotekorissa listattuja tuotteita hinnaston ja siitä myönnetyn alennuksen perusteella.
