         Urakka on kokonaishintainen ja sisältää tilaajan suunnitelmilla toteutettavan kokonaisurakkaosuuden tienparannus- ja sillanrakennustyöt. Urakkaan sisältyvät tilaajan etukäteen hankkimissa rakennussuunnitelma-asiakirjoissa ja tuotevaatimuksissa edellytetyssä laajuudessa urakan sisältämät suunnittelu- ja rakennustyöt sekä materiaalihankinnat kaikkien urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti siten, että työn lopputulos, rakenteet, niiden osat ja käytetyt rakennusaineet täyttävät niille asetetut vaatimukset. Tämä koskee myös rakenteiden tai niiden osien toimivuutta. Urakoitsija vastaa väliaikaisten rakenteiden, kuten siltapaikkojen kiertoteiden ja niiden mahdollisten vesistön ylitysten suunnittelusta ja suunnitelmien hyväksyttämisestä. Urakan sisältö on määritelty tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.

         Valtatie 12 levennetään Euran ja Raijalan välillä 21 km:n matkalta molemmin puolin tietä. Linjatien liittymä porrastetaan miniporrastuksella. Ristolassa parannetaan Kokemäentien liittymää. Mustanmyllynojan kohdalle rakennetaan pohjavesisuojaus. Valtatien tasausta muutetaan Pyhän Henrikintien liittymää lähestyttäessä, joka myös porrastetaan miniporrastuksella. Hanke sisältää neljän (4) pienen vesistösillan uusimisen sekä Ristolan kevyen liikenteen alikulkukäytävän rakentamisen.
