         Hankinta toteutetaan ns. kokonaisuutena siten, että alustan, korityön ja optiona toimitettavan kaluston toimituksista vastaa tilaajaan nähden yksi (1) kokonaisvastuullinen toimittaja. Tarjottavien sammutusautojen ja säiliöauton tulee täyttää kaikki niitä koskevat viranomaismääräykset. Toimituksen yhteydessä toimitettavat asiakirjat on lueteltu liitteen 1 kohdassa 17 ja liitteen 3 kohdassa 14. Rakentaminen ja välitarkastukset:

         Hankintaa ei ole tarkoituksenmukaista jakaa osiin hankinnan kokonaisluonteesta johtuen.
