         Hankintakeskus pyysi tarjouksia polttoaineiden hankinnasta jakeluasemilta Vantaan kaupungin sekä Keski-Uudenmaan pelastuslaitoksen tarpeisiin. Pääasiassa polttoaineita hankitaan Vantaan kaupungin alueen sekä Keski-Uudenmaan pelastuslaitoksen toiminta-alueen jakeluasemilta Kerava, Tuusula, Pornainen, Järvenpää, Nurmijärvi, Hyvinkää, Mäntsälä ja Vantaa. Osan tarjoajien huolto- ja jakeluasemista tulee olla sellaisia, että ne soveltuvat myös raskaan kaluston tankkauksiin.

         Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) kohderyhmään.

         1. Bensiini, diesel (ns. tavallinen), moottoripolttoöljy, dieselajoneuvojen urea ja pienkonebensiini.

         2. Biodiesel 100 % uusiutuva.

         Polttoaineiden hankinta jakeluasemilta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Koska pelastuslaitoksen toiminta-alue on kahdeksan (8) kunnan alueella, tilaaja varaa oikeuden, käyttää tarvittaessa polttonesteiden hankintaan myös jonkin muun toimittajan jakeluasemaa kuin nyt tällä tarjouskilpailulla valittua, mikäli se huoltoaseman sijainnin kannalta tai muun syyn vuoksi on tarkoituksenmukaista. Samaa sopimusta käyttävät ne Vantaan kaupungin konserniyhteisöt, jotka ovat liittyneet tämän sopimuksen käyttäjiksi, ennen tarjouspyynnön julkaisua, liite 6.

          Polttoaineiden hankinta jakeluasemilta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Mikäli tarjoaja antaa tarjouksen tähän kohderyhmään 2, 100 % biodiesel, edellytyksenä tarjoajalle on, että vähintään yhden (1) näiden polttoaineiden jakeluasemista on sijaittava Vantaan alueella sopimuskauden alkaessa. Samaa sopimusta käyttävät ne Vantaan kaupungin konserniyhteisöt, jotka ovat liittyneet tämän sopimuksen käyttäjiksi, ennen tarjouspyynnön julkaisua, liite 6.
