        Espoon kaupunki (myöhemmin myös tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta defibrillaattoreista Länsi-Uudenmaan pelastuslaitokselle (LUP) ja kaupungin sosiaali- ja terveystoimelle.

        Espoon kaupungin sisiaali- ja terveystoimen defibrillaattoreiden hankinta tulee mahdollisesti siirtymään sopimuskauden aikana HUS:n kanssa yhteistyössä kilpailutetulle sopimukselle. Siirtyminen koskee lähinnä hankinnan kohteena olevia puoliautomaattdefibrillaattoria näytöllä ja ilman näyttöä sekä monitoridefibrillaattoria.

        Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen, jotka on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus.

        Tarjouksen voi tehdä yhdelle tai useammalle hankinnan osa-alueelle.

        Osa-alueelle 1 Puoliautomaattidefibrilaattori ilman rytminäyttöä valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja, jonka kanssa tehdään sopimus. Sopimuksen on määrä alkaa 1.5.2018, kuitenkin niin, että sopimus tulee voimaan vasta allekirjoitushetkellä. Sopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva.

        Kilpailutuksen perusteella osa-alueelle 1 Puoliautomaattidefibrilaattori ilman rytminäyttöä valitaan myös yksi (1) varatoimittaja, jonka kanssa voidaan solmia hankintasopimus, mikäli toimittaja ei täytä sopimuskauden alkaessa tarjouspyynnön ehtoja ja edellytyksiä tai mikäli toimittaja ei täytä näitä ehtoja ja edellytyksiä sopimuskauden aikana.

        Länsi-Uudenmaan pelastuslaitoksen (LUP) suunnitelmana on hankkia vuosina 2018─2022 puoliautomaattidefibrilaattoreita ilman rytminäyttöä 30 kpl.

        Länsi-Uudenmaan pelastuslaitoksen (LUP) suunnitelmana on hankkia vuosina 2018─2022 monitoridefibrilaattoreita 20 kpl.

        Tarjouspyynnössä esitetty hankintamäärä on arvio, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
