         Tekes ja Finpro yhdistyivät yhdeksi organisaatioksi, Business Finlandiksi vuoden 2018 alusta. Business Finland koostuu virastosta ja osakeyhtiöstä, joilla on yhteinen strategia, tavoitteet, johtamisjärjestelmä ja johtamisen periaatteet. Johtamisen periaatteissa korostuu valmentava johtaminen.

         Tällä kilpailutuksella haetaan yhteistyökumppania johdon ryhmävalmennuksiin, jossa painotus on erityisesti valmentavassa johtamisessa. Valmennuksen tavoitteena on tukea ja vahvistaa valmentavan johtamiskulttuurin rakentumista Business Finlandiin, joka toimii globaalisti ja globaalissa toimintaympäristössä.

         Team Finland -organisaatiot (Tekes, Finpro, Finnvera, Suomen Teollisuussijoitus) ovat kilpailuttaneet ja tehneet sopimuksen vuonna 2016 coaching-palveluihin (yksilö,- ryhmä,- ja uracoachingiin) ja muutosjohtamisen tukeen AS3:n kanssa ja sopimus jatkuu edelleen.

         Tällä kilpailutuksella haetaan yhteistyökumppania johdon ryhmävalmennuksiin, jossa painotus on erityisesti valmentavassa johtamisessa. Valmennuksen keskeisenä kohderyhmänä on Business Finlandin johtoryhmä ja lisäksi valmennusta tullaan järjestämään keskijohdolle. Ryhmävalmennukseen voidaan myös tarvittaessa kytkeä yksilöcoachingia. Johtoryhmän koko tulee olemaan arvioilta 7–10 hlöä ja keskijohdon n. 40 henkilóä. Kohderyhmän osaaminen ja koulutus valmentavan johtamisen osalta vaihtelee.

         Innovaatiorahoituskeskus Business Finland kilpailuttaa tämän hankinnan.

         Tarjoajan tulee tarjota kolmen (3) hengen tiimiä ja nimetä tiimistä vastuuhenkilö / ensisijaisesti valmennuksista vastaava valmentaja.
