         Vantaan kaupunki pyytää tarjousta vaatimusmäärittelyn (liite 1) mukaisen sähköisen hoidon tarpeen arvioinnista (jatkossa eHTA) Vantaan kaupungin Työterveyshuolto liikelaitoksen käyttöön.

         Hankinnalla haetaan kokonaisvastuullista toimittajaa toimittamaan järjestelmä valmiina SaaS-palveluna. Kokonaispalvelun tulee sisältää tarvittavat käyttöliittymät, ohjelmat, laitteistot, varusohjelmistot, lisenssit ja ylläpito- ja tukipalvelut (Palvelutasoliite 11). Vaatimusmäärittelyn mukaisen palvelun tulee olla käytettävissä kahden (2) kuukauden sisällä sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta. Pakollisena optiona tulee tarjota palvelua Vantaan kaupungin sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon toimialan seitsemälle (7) terveysasemalle ja Suun terveydenhuolto liikelaitokselle (5-10 käyttäjää).

         Vantaan kaupungin asukasluku on 223 027 (1.1.2018).
