         Asuinrakennus on teräsbetonielementtirakenteinen 8-kerroksinen, kellarillinen, yksiportainen asuinkerrostalo. Talossa on 68 asuntoa. Talo on yhteydessä kolmesta kerroksesta vieressä sijaitsevaan LPA-autopaikoitushalliin. Rakennettava LPA-autohalli on osa yhteinäisestä viittä rakennusta palveleva pysäköintilaitoksesta. Autohallin rakenteet ovat paikallavalettuja teräsbetonirakenteita.

         Asuinrakennuksen laajuus on 5 212 brm² ja autopaikoituskannen n. 1 242 brm².

         Samassa yhteydessä suoritetaan aluetta palvelevan muuntamon tuentatyö, sekä erillisalue C1 liikennejärjestelyt sekä väliaikaiset ajoluiskat autohalliin.

         Hankkeen muoto on kokonaisurakka.
