         Vuosaaren kaatopaikan pintarakenneurakassa vuonna 2017 tiivistyskerros tehdään bentoniittimatosta ja sen päälle kuivatuskerros salaojamatosta. Osalle urakka-aluetta tehdään myös bentoniittimaton alapuolinen kaasunkeräyskerros salaojamatosta.

      Tarjoajan tulee esittää tarjouksensa liitteenä:

      — että tarjotut materiaalit täyttävät tarjouspyynnön liitteenä 1 olevat minimivaatimukset teknisten ominaisuuksien osalta,

      — laboratoriokokeisiin perustuvat laskelmat tarjoamillaan materiaaleilla tehdyn kolmikerrosrakenteen (salaojamatto-bentoniittimatto-salaojamatto) stabiliteetistä luiskissa, joiden kaltevuus on 1:3 ja luiskan pituus 120 m, mitoituskuorman ollessa 20 kPa,

      — laskelmilla on osoitettava myös, että salaojamaton pitkäaikainen kuivatuskapasiteetti on riittävä ottaen huomioon maksimipintakuorman ja luiskakaltevuudet sekä vedenjohtavuuteen vaikuttavat tekijät kuten paksuuden pienenemisen, kemiallisen ja biologisen tukkeutumisen sekä kankaiden tunkeutumisen ytimeen. Salaojamaton pitkäaikainen paksuus (hiipuma) tulee olla määritetty SIM (stepped isothermal method) tai TTS-menetelmillä (time-temperature superposition). Laskelmissa käytettävät reduktio- ja varmuuskertoimet on esitettävä ja perusteltava sekä esitettävä perusteena käytettävät testaustulokset ja -raportit.
