         Lukitustöitä ja lukitustarvikkeita tilataan puitesopimusperiaatteella, eikä tilaaja sitoudu tiettyyn määrään töiden tai tarvikkeiden osalta.

         Tilaaja etsii hankinnan avulla yhteistyökumppaneita, joiden avulla on mahdollista toteuttaa joustavasti ja ketterästi rakennusten lukitukseen liittyvät työt ja tarvikkeiden hankinnat sekä kehittää koko kiinteistökannan kulunhallintaa.

         Hankinnan kohteena ovat lukitustöiden sekä -tarvikkeiden hankinta puitesopimusperiaatteella Järvenpään kaupungin sekä kaupungin omistamien yhtiöiden omistamiin kiinteistöihin.

         Tilaaja etsii yhteistyökumppaneita, joiden avulla on mahdollista toteuttaa joustavasti rakennusten lukitukseen liittyvät työt ja hankinnat sekä kehittää kiinteistökannan kulunhallintaa. Tilaajan tahtotila on lisäksi hankkia Palveluntuottajan asiantuntemusta sekä hyödyntää Palveluntuottajan osaamista ja yhteistyöverkostoa laajasti.

         Hankinta käsittää kaksi kokonaisuutta, jotka ovat:

         — Lukitusurakoinnin toteuttaminen kumppanuusmallilla,
