         Hankinnan kohteena on ympäristölaboratorioanalyysien hankinta, joka on jaettu neljään osa-alueeseen. Tarjoajat voivat tarjota yhden tai useamman osa-alueen analyysipalveluja. Osa-alueen sisältä on tarjottava kaikki kysytyt analyysit.

         Jokaiseen osa-alueeseen valitaan vertailuhinnaltaan 3 edullisinta tarjoajaa.

         Hankintayksiköitä on kolme (3) kpl: 1) Helsingin kaupungin Kiinteistöviraston tonttiosasto, 2) Helsingin kaupungin rakentamispalvelu Stara ja 3) Helsingin kaupungin rakennusviraston katu- ja puisto-osasto. Hankinta tulee hankintayksiköiden käyttöön. Hankinnan kilpailuttamisen toteuttaa Stara.

         Hankintayksiköt tekevät erikseen omat hankintapäätöksensä.

         Stara, Kiinteistövirasto ja Rakennusvirasto pyytävät tarjoustanne tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti.

         Sopimuskautena tehtävien analyysien määriä ei voida etukäteen tarkasti arvioida eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
