         Sähköurakkaan sisältyvät uudisrakennuksen sähkö- ja turvalaiteasennustyöt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa.

         Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana vastaten työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista sekä työmaapalveluista.

         Pääurakoitsijalle alistetut sivu-urakat (3kpl) ovat:

         — putkiurakka,

         — ilmanvaihto- ja säätölaiteurakka,

         — sähköurakka.

         Pääurakasta ja edellämainituista sivu-urakoista on järjestetty jokaisesta erillinen rajoitetun menettelyn mukainen tarjouskilpailu.
