      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Talot ja asunnot perusparannetaan vastaamaan nykyisiä esteettömyys- vaatimuksia.

         Kaikki pinnat sekä kaikki kalusteet ja koneet sekä laitteet, vesieristeet, hissit, yleiset tilat ja porrashuoneet, huoneistojen –

         sekä ulko-ovet lukituksineen uusitaan. Vesijohdot, viemärit, sähköt, antenniverkko, ilmanvaihto (koneellinen tulo ja

         poistoIV LTO:lla), sadevesiviemäröinti, salaojitukset ja istutukset uusitaan. Pitkät julkisivut lisälämmön- eristetään ja

         rapataan, parvekeovet uusitaan ja ikkunat tiivistyskorjataan, maantasoasuntojen terassit lasitetaan ja niihin rakennetaan

         uusi lattia, huopakatot ja kattojen kallistukset uusitaan koska katoille rakennetaan uudet isot IV-konehuoneet. Maanvaraiset

         lattiat B- rapun, koko C-rapun ja D-E-rapun (ei VSS-tilat) uusitaan, vanhat lattiat ja eristeet sekä osa täytöistä poistetaan ja

         korvataan uusilla sekä valetaan uudet lattiat. C-portaan päädyn teräsulkoporras poistetaan.
