         Espoo Liikkuu -lehti ilmestyy kaksi kertaa vuodessa ja se jaetaan kaikkiin kotitalouksiin Espoon alueella, jotka eivät ole kieltäneet ilmaisjakelua sekä erikseen sidosryhmä- ja nippujakeluna noin 200 osoitteeseen. Lehden yhden numeron painosmäärä on noin 103 000 kpl. Ensimmäinen numero ilmestyy joulukuussa 2017.

         Espoo Liikkuu -lehti palvelee Espoon kaupungin liikunta- ja nuorisopalveluiden asiakas-, ja käyttäjäkuntaa. Lehden päätoimittajana toimii Espoon liikunta- ja nuorisopalveluiden markkinointipäällikkö. Lehti ilmestyy pääosin suomenkielisenä, mutta siinä julkaistaan myös ruotsin- ja englanninkielistä aineistoa. Lehdessä ei julkaista mainoksia.

         Espoon kaupunki pyytää tarjousta Liikunta- ja nuorisopalveluiden Espoo Liikkuu -tiedotuslehden tuottamisesta, painamisesta ja jakelusta.

         Nyt hankittava palvelu sisältää lehden artikkeleiden toimittamisen, lehden taiton, valokuvauksen, mahdolliset käännökset ja niiden kustannukset, painatuksen, jakelun sekä samansisältöisen sähköisen verkkolehden tuottamisen Espoon kaupungin internet-sivuille.

         Espoon kaupunki tulee valitsemaan kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden (1) palveluntuottajan. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan myös yksi (1) varatoimittaja, jonka kanssa voidaan solmia varsinainen hankintasopimus, mikäli palveluntuottaja ei täytä sopimuskauden alkaessa tarjouspyynnön ehtoja ja edellytyksiä, tai mikäli palveluntuottaja ei täytä näitä ehtoja ja edellytyksiä sopimuskauden aikana.
