         Helsingin kaupungin kiinteistöviraston tilakeskus pyytää urakkatarjoustanne Botby Grundskolanin perusparannuksesta ja laajennuksesta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.

         Rakennushanke sisältää Botby Grundskolan koulurakennusten

         peruskorjauksen parkki- ja piha-alueineen sekä rakennuksien

         laajennusosineen. Peruskorjaus sisältää kaikken teknisten

         järjestelmien toteuttamisen, uusimisen tai peruskorjauksen.

         Botby Grundskola toimii tällä hetkellä kolmessa erillisessä

         rakennuksessa, rakennukset A, B ja C. Peruskorjauksen yhteydessä

         rakennukset yhdistetään yhdyskäytävien avulla. Rakennusten A ja C

         välille rakennetaan laajennus D. Tontilla on koulun käytössä

         kaksiluokkainen väliaikainen paviljonkirakennus, joka puretaan.

         Urakan kaikki työt on kuvattu ja tehdään tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteinä olevien suunnitelmapiirustusten ja työselostusten sekä muiden asiakirjojen mukaisesti.
