         Tarjouspyyntö on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen:

         A. Muut tytäryhteisöt pois lukien Espoo Catering Oy.

         B. Ateriapalveluita tarjoava Espoo Catering Oy.

         Tarjouksen voi tehdä yhdelle tai molemmille osa-alueille. Osa-alueen sisälle ei voi tarjota osatarjousta.

         Tarjousten käsittely tehdään osa-alueittain.

         Espoon kaupungin tytäryhteisöjen kirjanpito on hoidettu pääsääntöisesti yhden palveluntarjoajan toimesta. Tarkempi kuvaus palvelusta on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1 A ”Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus”.

         Alustava aikataulu palveluiden käynnistämisen osalta on 22.5.2017. Tarkoitus on ottaa palvelu mahdollisimman monessa yhtiössä käyttöön heti tai vaiheittain. Tarkempi aikataulu sovitaan sopimuksentekovaiheessa.

         Palveluntuottaja vastaa palvelua varten tuotettavista talous- ja palkkahallinto-ohjelmistoista sekä tarvittavasta henkilöstöstä. Palvelutuotannon mukana ei siirry henkilöstöä palveluntuottajalle ja tietojärjestelmät ovat erillisiä Espoosta.

          Yhtiö toimii noin 200 toimipaikassa (keittiössä) ja sen palveluksessa on noin 500 työntekijää. Yhtiön liikevaihto on noin 30 000 000 HUF vuodessa.
