         Oulun seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä (Osekk, y-tunnus 0992445-3) pyytää tarjousta koulutustoiminnan vakuutuspalveluista ja Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Oamk, (y-tunnus 2509747-8) pyytää tarjousta koulutus- ja liiketoiminnan vakuutuspalveluista. Sopimukseen tulee kuulumaan myös Osekkin ja Oamkin hanketoiminta.

         OSAO Edu Oy (y-tunnus 2796943-6) on Oulun seudun koulutuskuntayhtymän tytäryhtiö ja sisältyy tähän tarjouspyyntöön.

         Oulun Aikuiskoulutuskeskus Oy:n (y-tunnus 0868699-1) toiminnat yhdistetään pääosin Oulun seudun koulutuskuntayhtymään vuoden 2018 alussa.

         Hankinnan kohteena ovat tilaajan sekä mukana olevan yhteisöjen ( OSAO Edu Oy ja Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy) tarvitsemat vakuutuspalvelut, lakisääteinen tapaturmavakuutus, potilasvakuutus, vapaaehtoinen tapaturmavakuutus, matkavakuutus, sairauskuluvakuutus, vastuuvakuutus, kuljetusvakuutus, liikennevakuutus, autovakuutus, laitteiden vakuuttaminen, asennus- ja rakennustyövakuutus, kiinteistöjen- ja irtaimen vakuutus sekä keskeytysvakuutus.

         Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään vähimmäistilausmääriin, eikä sopimus tule sisältämään määräostovelvoitetta. Tilaaja voi jättää jonkun vakuutusturvan ottamatta, mikäli katsoo järkevemmäksi pitää riskin itsellään.
