         Espoon kaupunki (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta kaupunkitasoisesta ajoneuvojen paikannus- ja raportointijärjestelmän hankinnasta kokonaispalveluna. Hankittavan järjestelmän tarkoituksena on seurata reaaliaikaisesti karttakäyttöliittymässä ajoneuvojen sijaintia ja eri työtehtävien etenemistä sekä niistä saatavaa raportointia.

         Tarkempi palvelunkuvaus on tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1. ”Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus”.

         Ennen hankintapäätöksen tekemistä valitun Palveluntuottajan on tehtävä kustannuksellaan onnistuneesti kaksi (2) koeasennusta sekä koekäyttöä ennen hankintasopimuksen tekemistä. Koeasennukset suoritetaan Tilaajaan määrittämässä paikassa Espoossa. Koeasennettavat laitteet ovat kiinteästi asennettavia laitteita, joissa on automaattinen työtietotunniste.
