        Espoon kaupunki lopettaa oman painon ja hankkii jatkossa painopalvelut kilpailutetuilta ulkopuolisilta toimijoilta.

        Hankinta toteutetaan hankintalain mukaisena puitejärjestelynä. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valittaan osa-alueelle 2, Pienpainotyöt, kolme (3) palveluntuottajaa, mikäli kelpoisia ja tarjouspyynnön ehdot täyttäviä toimittajia on riittävästi.

        Sopimuskausi on 4 vuotta.

        Hankinnan kohteena on messuosastojen suunnittelu- ja valmistelupalvelut. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valittujen Palveluntuottajienn tehtävänä on suunnitella yhdessä Tilaajan kanssa toimivat messuosastot. Messuosastolla tarkoitetaan kokonaisuutta, joka sisältää messuseinäkkeen ja siihen liittyvät kalusteet (esimerkiksi pöytä ja tuoli) ja tarvikkeet (esimerkiksi pöytälippu ja mainoskyltti). Palveluntuottaja kokoaa ja purkaa messuosaston Tilaajan hyväksymän suunnitelman mukaisesti.

        Messuosasto-tilaukset täsmennetään aina yksittäisen tilauksen mukaisesti.

        Hankinta toteutetaan hankintalain mukaisena puitejärjestelynä. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan osa-alueelle 5, Messuosastot, kolme (3) palveluntuottajaa, mikäli kelpoisia ja tarjouspyynnön ehdot täyttäviä tarjoajia on riittävästi.

        Sopimuskausi on neljä (4) vuotta.
