Urakkaan kuuluu työt siinä laajuudessa, kuin ne on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa asiakirjoissa määritelty kaikkine tiejärjestelyineen, varusteineen ja laitteineen.          Urakkaan sisältyy seuraavien tilaajan laadituttamien rakennussuunnitelmien mukaisten toimenpiteiden rakentaminen:

         Hanke 1: Valtatien 19 parantaminen Koveron liittymän kohdalla, Lapua: Rakentaminen rakennussuunnitelman mukaan kaikkine töineen, materiaalihankintoineen ja järjestelyineen.

         Hanke 2: Valtatien 19 ja Kantatien 66 Honkimäen eritasoliittymän rakentaminen, Lapua: Rakennussuunnitelman mukaan kaikkine töineen, materiaalinhankintoineen ja järjestelyineen.

         Urakkaan sisältyy kaikki tilaajan laadituttaman rakennussuunnitelman mukaiset työt urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti siten, että työn lopputulos, rakenteet ja tekniset järjestelmät, niiden osat ja käytetyt rakennusaineet täyttävät niille asetetut vaatimukset. Lisäksi urakkaan kuuluu optiokohde, jonka sisältö on määritetty tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Optiokohteen toteuttamisesta päätetään urakan sopimuskatselmuksessa. Urakan sisältö on määritelty tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
