         Sopimus on voimassa neljä (4) vuotta sopimuksen allekirjoitushetkestä ja sen suunniteltu alkamispäivä on 1.1.2018.

         Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä, vaan valittujen Toimittajien on kyettävä tarjoamaan kaikkia tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä laitteita.

         Yli 30 000 EUR:n arvoisissa hankinnoissa Tilaaja kysyy tarjoukset sopimustoimittajilta minikilpailutuksella.

         Tilaajalla on oltava mahdollisuus myös vuokrata Toimittajan tuoteluettelon mukaisia tuotteita, pois lukien tarjouspyynnössä pyydetyt tuotteet. Tuoteluettelosta tulee ilmetä laitteiden vuokraushinnasto.
