        Espoon kaupunki (myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta valokuvaus-, videotuotanto- ja webcasting-palvelujen hankinnasta. Hankinta on jaettu edellä mainittuihin kolmeen osa-alueeseen. Valokuvauspalvelujen kuvauskohteita ovat mm. uutis-, tapahtuma-, henkilö-, miljöö- ja ruokakuvaus. Videotuotantopalvelut voivat sisältää mm. videokäsikirjoituksen tekemisen, videokuvaukset ja kuvausten suunnittelun, editoinnit ja valmiin videon tilaajalle. Webcasting-palveluita hankitaan pääasiassa valtuustosalissa järjestettävien valtuustokokousten ja muiden siellä järjestettävien tilaisuuksien tallentamista ja suoraa lähetystä varten.

        Tarkempi kuvaus hankittavista palveluista tarjouspyynnön liitteillä 1A, 1B ja 1C ”Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus, valokuvauspalvelu/videotuotantopalvelu/webcastingpalvelu”. Valokuvaus- ja videotuotantopalveluista solmitaan puitejärjestely. Webcasting-palveluista ei solmita puitejärjestelyä. Tarjouksen voi tehdä yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle (jäljempänä myös kohderyhmä).
