         Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimialan asuntotuotantopalvelu rakennuttaa peruskorjausta Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:lle.

         Hankinta kilpailutetaan yhtenä kokonaisuutena aikatauluhallinnan ja edullisen kustannustason saavuttamiseksi.

         Sopimus alkaa sopimuksen allekirjoituksella (arviolta 1.12.2017) ja on voimassa kunnes sopimusvelvoitteet on suoritettu rakennuttajan hyväksymällä tavalla.

         Rakennustyön arvioitu alkamisajankohta on helmikuu 2018 ja rakennustyöt tulee aloittaa viimeistään huhtikuussa 2018.

         Hankinnan ilmoitettu arvioitu arvo on viitteellinen eikä sido rakennuttajaa.

         Kohde on valmistunut vuonna 1979 ja sijaitsee Malminkartanon alueella, tontilla 33240/2, osoitteessa Parivaljakontie 2.

         Tontilla on seitsemän asuinkerrostaloa joissa on 2 - 4 asuinkerrosta. Huoneistoja on yhteensä 97 kpl, huoneistoala 5 462,5 htm2.

         Rakennusten peruskorjaus toteutetaan kahdessa vaiheessa siten, että 3 - 4 asuinrakennusta on kerrallaan työn alla. Talot tyhjennetään vaiheittain asukkaista ja irtaimistoista sisäpuolisten töiden ajaksi.

         Korjaustyöt on suunniteltu aloitettavaksi keväällä 2018.

         Korjaustyön edellyttämät katu- ja puistoalueen vuokrauksista sopiminen ja niistä johtuvat kustannukset sisältyvät urakkaan.
