         Neuvottelumenettelyllä valittiin palveluntuottaja (Skanska Talonrakennus Oy ja P&R Arkkitehdit Oy).

         Hankintavaiheen jälkeen hankkeen kehitysvaihe on käynnistynyt tammikuussa 2018. Kehitysvaiheen jälkeen syksyllä 2018 Lohjan kaupunki tekee lopullisen päätöksen investoinnista ja siirtymisestä hankkeen toteutusvaiheeseen.
