         Hankinnan kohteena on maito ja maitotaloustuotteet Savonlinnan kaupungin seudullisen hankintatoimen jäsenorganisaatioille.

         Sopimuskausi alkaa 1.2.2018. Sopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevana kuuden (6) kuukauden sopijaosapuolten molemminpuolisella irtisanomisajalla. Hankinnassa ei sitouduta etukäteen tiettyihin hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana. Tilaajaorganisaatiot tilaavat tuotteita sopimuskauden aikana tarpeen mukaan eri toimipisteisiin.

         Hankinnassa tilaajina ovat erityyppiset keittiöt, mm. koulut, päiväkodit, keskussairaala, terveyskeskukset, vanhainkodit, henkilöstöravintola, urheiluopisto ja opetusravintola.

      Hankinnassa tullaan valitsemaan yksi pääasiallinen maidon ja maitotaloustuotteiden sopimustoimittaja, jolla on riittävän laaja ja kattava tuotevalikoima huomioiden erilaisten tilaajaorganisaatioiden tarpeet ja toiminta. Hankintaa ei jaeta osiin, koska hankintayksikön näkemyksen mukaan tarve koordinoida osien eri sopimuskumppaneita vaikeuttaa olennaisesti tilaajatoimipisteiden toimintaa johtuen säilytystilojen ja henkilökunnan vähyydestä sekä ruuanvalmistuksen ja -jakelun aikatauluista. Tämän vuoksi useiden eri toimittajien toimitusten vastaanotto ja käsittely ei ole mahdollista.
