         Tehtävän kuvaus:

         Hankkeen rakennesuunnittelutehtävien ja työmaa-aikaisten valvontatehtävien suorittaminen tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa.

         Kohteeseen on laadittu hankesuunnitelma. Rakennusten peruskorjaus tulee suunnitella hankesuunnitelman, tilaajan tavoitteiden ja tilaajan asettamien kustannusrajojen mukaisesti. Kohde tulee suunnitella siten, että rakennusosa-arviolla arvioidut rakennuskustannukset alittavat hankesuunnitelmasta lasketun tavoitehinnan. Kustannuslaskelmat tekee rakennuttaja.
