         Hankinnan tarkoituksena on tuottaa tukikohtateltta, joka sisältää lämmittimen/coolerin, lämpöeristeet, naamioverkonkohottimet eli lattakohottimet, lattiarakenteen, kalusteet eli pöydät ja tuolit. Telttaa käytetään antamaan säältä suojattua toimistotyöskentelytilaa/majoitustilaa. Teltan rakenteen on kestettävä useita päivittäisiä pystyttämisiä ja purkuja kaikissa olosuhteissa.
