         - Rakennuttajakonsultin tehtävät, kuten hankkeen suunnittelu ja ohjaus, hankkeen kustannusten arviointi ja seuranta, suunnittelun valmistelu ja ohjaus, rakentamisen valmistelu ja ohjaus sekä raportointi tilaajalle ja sidosryhmille sekä näihin liittyvät T&K- tai asiantuntijatehtävät. Tehtävä koskee radanrakentamisen tehtäviä pois lukien sähkö- ja turvalaitteiden rakennuttamisen tehtävät. Radanrakentaminen koskee uudis-, laajennus-, korvaus- ja ylläpitoinvestointitöitä, sekä kunnossapidon osana tehtäviä töitä.
