         Hankinnan kohteena on perustoimeentulotukena korvattavat muutto- ja varastointipalvelut koko Suomen alueella poislukien Ahvenanmaa. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen, muuttopalveluihin ja varastointipalveluihin.

         Muuttopalvelut hankitaan Kelan vakuutuspiireihin perustuvalla aluejaolla sillä poikkeuksella, että Helsinki erotetaan omaksi alueeksi eteläisestä vakuutuspiiristä.

         Varastointipalveluita hankitaan Pääkaupunkiseudulle sekä Turkuun, Tampereelle, Jyväskylään, Kuopioon ja Ouluun.
