         Business Finland Oy (hereinafter ”Business Finland”) invites you to submit an offer regarding “Connectivity from Finland — Growth program: OAN Consultant for Latin America” in accordance with the terms of this invitation to tender. Later in this document the program will be referred as “Connectivity from Finland” program. Business Finland Oy is looking for a local partner for assessing the opportunities in Latin America (mainly in the target markets which could be Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay) regarding the “Red Compartida¨ and related possible future 4G open access networks (OAN) and projects regarding Public Safety using similar technologies. The assessment focuses in Latin America but upon request, the mapping might be extended for few Asian markets as well (mainly Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka).

         Business Finland Oy is looking for a local partner for assessing the opportunities in Latin America (mainly in the target markets which could be Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay) regarding the “Red Compartida¨ and related possible future 4G open access networks (OAN) and projects regarding Public Safety using similar technologies. The assessment focuses in Latin America but upon request, the mapping might be extended for few Asian markets as well (mainly Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka). The local partner will act as a consultant for the Connectivity from Finland Growth Program.
