         Hankinnassa on kyse tavarahankinnasta. Hankinnan kohteena on Staran tuotantoyksiköiden tarvitsema valmisbetoni.

         Yleisimmin hankittavia valmisbetonituotteita ovat:

         - normaalisti ja nopeasti kovettuva rakennebetoni

         - normaalisti kovettuva ja nopeammin päällystettävä lattiabetoni

         - maakosteabetoni

         - saumausbetoni.

         Myös muita valmisbetonilaatuja tilataan tarvittaessa.

         Suuremmista ostomääristä voidaan pyytää erillisiä tarjouksia.

         Tarjoajalla on oltava vähintään yksi (1) valmisbetonitehdas pääkaupunkiseudulla (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa).

         Tarjous tehdään tarjouslomakkeella, joka on tämän tarjouspyynnön liitteenä (liite 1).

         Hankintaa koskeva sopimusluonnos on liitteenä (liite 2).

         Tilaaja valitsee useamman toimittajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Sopimus ei muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta tai puitesopimustoimittajalle yksinoikeutta tuottaa hankinnan kohteena olevia toimituksia.
