         Hankinnan kohteena ovat asiantuntijaresurssit (nimetyt asiantuntijat). Kyseessä ei ole lisenssien/valmisohjelmiston hankinta, vaan palveluntuottajan tuottamat asiantuntijapalvelut. Asiakkuudenhallinnan tuoteratkaisuksi on valittu Microsoft Dynamics 365. Asiakkuudenhallinnassa pyritään hyödyntämään mahdollisimman paljon Dynamicsin standardiominaisuuksia. Asiakkuudenhallinnan toteuttamiseen haetaan asiantuntijaresursseja, joilta edellytetään vahvaa Dynamics osaamista.
