         Mestaritoiminta Oy rakennuttaa Järvenpäähän Kinnarin alueelle uutta koulua. Kinnarin uusi koulu -hankkeen tavoitteena on tarjota Järvenpään keskustan alueen lapsille uuden oppimisen mukaiset, muuntojoustavat, kestävät ja turvalliset oppimistilat. Tavoitteena on rakentaa Suomen paras koulu Järvenpääläisille.

         Hanke toteutetaan projektiallianssina, jossa Tilaaja, Käyttäjä ja valittu ryhmittymä suunnittelevat ja toteuttavat hankkeen yhdessä jakaen hankkeeseen liittyvät riskit ja mahdollisuudet. Projektiallianssin osapuolina ovat Tilaaja, Käyttäjä, Rakentaja ja Arkkitehti. Muu suunnittelu sisältyy Rakentajan hankintaan ja suunnittelijat valitaan yhdessä projektiallianssin osapuolten kanssa kehitysvaiheen aikana samalla arvoa rahalle -periaatteella kuin rakentamisvaiheessa rakennustöiden toteuttajat. Hanke suunnitellaan ja toteutetaan kehitys- ja toteutusvaiheina.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Mestaritoiminta Oy rakennuttaa Järvenpäähän Kinnarin alueelle uutta koulua. Kinnarin uusi koulu -hankkeen tavoitteena on tarjota Järvenpään keskustan alueen lapsille uuden oppimisen mukaiset, muuntojoustavat, kestävät ja turvalliset oppimistilat. Tavoitteena on rakentaa Suomen paras koulu Järvenpääläisille.

         Oppilaita on enimmillään uudisrakennuksessa sekä tontilla jäävissä vanhoissa rakennuksissa hankkeen valmistuessa 648, mutta ensikäytössä tiloihin sijoittuu 576 oppilasta (osa ensikäytön ryhmistä on pieniä erityisryhmiä, joiden tilat mitoitetaan yleisopetusryhmille).

         Rakennustyöt on tarkoitus aloittaa alkuvuodesta 2018 ja tavoite kohteen käyttöönotolle on kesäkuu 2019. Käyttäjien tulee pystyä aloittamaan kohteessa täysimääräinen toiminta elokuussa 2019.
