         Hankinnasta on alun perin ilmoitettu hankintailmoituksella:

         Ilmoituksen numero HILMA:ssa: 2017-018552

         Ilmoituksen numero EUVL:ssä: 2017/S 163-336403.

         Hankinta jouduttiin keskeyttämään, koska hankinnan laajuuteen nähden osallistumishakemuksia tuli liian vähän.

         Hankinnan keskeytyksestä on ilmoitettu keskeytysilmoituksella:

         Ilmoituksen numero HILMA:ssa: 2017-021147.

         Hankinnasta on nyt julkaistu uusi hankintailmoitus, jolla tarjousperusteisen neuvottelumenettelyn ilmoittautumisaikaa on jatkettu.

         Uudella hankintailmoituksella ei tulla tekemään olennaisia muutoksia tarjouspyyntöön.

         Nopeutetun menettelyn käyttö on perusteltua, koska hankintailmoitus tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoineen on julkaistu uudestaan samansisältöisenä kuin aiempi hankintailmoitus, jonka yhteydessä kaikki hankinta-asiakirjat ovat olleet suoraan saatavilla täydellisinä, rajoituksetta ja maksutta.
