         Hankinnan kohteena on matka- ja kulunhallintajärjestelmä Helsingin kaupunkikonsernin käyttöön.

         Helsingin kaupungin Taloushallintopalveluliikelaitos (jatkossa Talpa) tuottaa toimialoille, virastoille ja liikelaitoksille taloushallinnon palveluja (kirjanpito, ostolaskut, laskutus, maksuliikenne ja palkanlaskenta) sekä tukee kaupungin johtoa toiminnan ja talouden suunnittelussa ja seurannassa (kaupungin tilinpäätöksen laatiminen ja kuukausiraportointi). Talpan tuottamiin palveluihin kuuluu myös nyt kehitteillä olevat matka- ja kuluhallinnan palvelut.
