        Liikennevirasto kilpailuttaa tällä hankinnalla SOA-pohjaisten järjestelmien ja -palveluiden kehittämistehtäviin puitesovellustoimittajia, joiden kesken tulevat kehittämisprojektit minikilpailutetaan.

        Puitesopimuksen toimeksiantoja voivat olla mm. seuraavat tehtävät:

        — SOA-palveluiden tunnistaminen ja arviointi,

        — SOA-palveluiden määrittely,

        — SOA-palveluiden toteutuksen suunnittelu,

        — SOA-palveluiden toteutukset,

        — SOA-palveluiden tuotantoon siirrot tai niiden valmistelu.

        Hankinnan kohteen tarkempi kuvaus on tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1.

        Puitejärjestelyn toimintamalli on kuvattu liitteessä 6 Konsultointipalvelusopimusluonnos.
