         Tontille 49276/1 rakennetaan 100 kpl vuokra-asuntoja Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:lle. Tontti 49276/1:

         Yhtiö on neljän (4) porrashuoneen lamellitalo, jossa kerroksia on 6-7 ja osassa kellari. Asuntojen lukumäärä on 100 kpl (5 503,5 asm2) ja keskipinta-ala 55 asm2. Asuntojen lisäksi rakennetaan liiketilaa 305,5 htm2 sekä tontteja 49276/1, 49276/2, 49275/1 49272/1 palveleva yhteiskerhotila 85,5 htm2. Tontin kokonaishuoneistoala on siten 5 894,5 hm2.
