         Helsingin kaupungin Kruunuvuorenrannan kaupunginosan kortteleihin 49272 ja 49275 toteutettavien asuinkerrostalojen ja piha-alueiden rakentaminen kokonaisurakkana sisältäen rakennusteknisten töiden lisäksi kaikki LVISA-työt urakan asiakirjojen mukaisesti täysin valmiiksi saatettuna.

         Tontille 49272/1 rakennetaan 58 kpl normaalia vuokra-asuntoa Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:lle sekä 20 vuokra-asunnon asuntoryhmä yhteistiloineen kehitysvammaisille.

         Tontille 49275/1 rakennetaan 35 kpl hitas-omistusasuntoa As Oy Helsingin Pojamankallion nimiin.

         Hankinta kilpailutetaan yhtenä kokonaisuutena aikatauluhallinnan ja edullisen kustannustason saavuttamiseksi.

         Sopimus alkaa sopimuksen allekirjoituksella ja on voimassa kunnes sopimusvelvoitteet on suoritettu rakennuttajan hyväksymällä tavalla.

         Tontille 49272/1 rakennetaan 58 kpl normaalia vuokra-asuntoa Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy:lle sekä 20 vuokra-asunnon asuntoryhmä yhteistiloineen kehitysvammaisille.

         Tontti 49272/1:

         Yhtiö koostuu kahdesta (2) rakennuksesta, joissa on asuntoja yhteensä 78 kpl. Ensimmäinen rakennus on kolmen (3) porrashuoneen lamellitalo, jossa kerroksia on 5-6. Asuntojen lukumäärä on 58 kpl (3 659,5 asm2) ja keskipinta-ala 63,1 asm2. Asuntojen lisäksi rakennetaan liiketilaa 278 htm2. Toinen rakennus on yksiportainen 6-kerroksinen pistetalo, ns. Omaporras, johon sijoittuu 20 vuokra-asuntoa kehitysvammaisille (720 asm2) sekä asuntoryhmän yhteis-, apu- ja palvelutilat (286 htm2).

         Rakennukset ovat rungoiltaan pääpiirteissään tyypillisiä betonielementtitaloja. Julkisivut ovat pääosin muurattuja. Rakennukset liittyvät alueelliseen jätteiden imuputkikeräysjärjestelmään. Tonteille toteutetaan valotaidetta.

         Tontilla 49272/1 sijaitsee Helenin muuntamo, joka korvataan uudella.

          Rakennukset ovat rungoiltaan pääpiirteissään tyypillisiä betonielementtitaloja. Julkisivut ovat pääosin muurattuja. Rakennukset liittyvät alueelliseen jätteiden imuputkikeräysjärjestelmään. Tontille toteutetaan valotaidetta.
