         Hankinta kohdistuu junien kulunvalvonnan kunnossapidon tukipalveluun, joka koostuu pääosin alla olevista tehtävistä:

         1. Tilapäisten nopeusrajoitusten (TURO) suunnittelu, tekeminen ja arkistointi;

         2. Yksittäisten baliisisanomien päivitys;

         3. JKV-neuvonta;

         4. JKV-vikojen seuranta ja raportointi;

         5. JKV-järjestelmän elinkaarenhallinnan tilanneseuranta ja -raportointi;

         6. Kunnossapitourakoitsijan koulutus, opastaminen ja ohjaaminen palveluun liittyvissä käytännöissä;

         7. Sanomansäilytyspalvelu;

         8. JKV-ohjausryhmään liittyvä asiantuntijatyö;
