         Espoon kaupunki on pyytänyt tarjouksia Karhusuon koulukeskuksen vaiheiden 2 ja 3 kokonaisvastuurakentamista koskevaan tarjouskilpailuun. KVR-urakkaan sisältyvät suunnittelu ja rakentaminen asiakirjaluettelossa mainittujen asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Karhusuon koulukeskus rakennetaan kolmessa (3) vaiheessa, joista tämä KVR-urakka koskee vaiheita 2 ja 3. Koulukeskuksen ensimmäisen vaiheen rakentaminen ei kuulu urakkaan. Ensimmäinen vaihe valmistuu syksyllä 2017.

         Rakennuspaikan osoite on Karhuniitynkuja 3, 02810 Espoo. Hankkeen numero on 4400, kortteli 72210 ja tonttinro 1.

         Urakkamuoto on KVR-urakka. Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii KVR-urakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana.

         Hankkeen aikataulu on kuvattu urakkaohjelmassa.

         Hankintayksikkö valitsee tarjouskilpailun perusteella KVR-urakkaan yhden (1) toteuttajan.
