         — töiden osalta suunn. ja rak. toteuttaminen sopimusasiakirjojen vaatimukset täyttäen siten, että se myös tekniseltä.

         Toimivuudeltaan vastaa sille asetettuja vaatimuksia:

         — tiedotus-, raportointi- ja takuuaikaisia töitä ja päätoteuttajan rooliin kuuluvia yhteensovittamisvelvoitteita,

         — työt kaikkine tiejärjestelyineen, varusteineen ja laitteineen.
