         Hankinta käsittää Västra Enhetsskolan uudisrakennushankkeeseen kuuluvat rakennus- ja LVISA-tekniset työt. Hankkeessa rakennetaan koulutilat ruotsinkieliselle yhtenäiskoululle, vuosiluokat 1–9 + kaksi (2) esikouluryhmää laajuudeltaan noin 7 700 br-m2. Hankinta-asiakirjat ovat saatavilla hankkeelle perustetusta projektipankista osoitteesta: http://public.sokopro.fi/Quotation/Signup.aspx?crypt=WceQV9IImMZ7yytQQUZSGfYGWRD7aYDSLeeryyE4tivWY3PSPK3iLSfuyTJC7L25. Tarjouspyyntöasiakirjat luovutetaan urakoitsijalle maksutta sähköisessä muodossa ja yhtenä (1) kopiosarjana. Tarvitsemansa lisäkopiot urakoitsija hankkii omalla kustannuksellaan. Tarjouspyyntöaineistoa tullaan täydentämään lisäkirjeellä tammikuun aikana. Lisäkirje tulee sisältämään ainakin seuraavat lisäykset: elementtisuunnitelmat ja huoneselostus.

         Hanke toteutetaan projektinjohtourakkana, jossa projektinjohtourakoitsija toimii kohteen pääurakoitsijana ja hankkeen päätoteuttajana.

         Projektinjohtourakoitsija:

         – toimii kohteen päätoteuttajana,

         – toimii yhdessä rakennuttajan organisaation kanssa hankkeen toteutussuunnittelun ohjaukseen, rakentamisen valmisteluun ja toteutukseen tarvittavien rakennuttamistehtävien hoidossa,

         – laatii kohteelle projektisuunnitelman,

         – asettaa työmaaorganisaation ja vastaa YSE 4 §:n mukaisista työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista,

         – sitoutuu rakentamaan kohteen rakennus- ja LVISA-teknisine töineen täysin valmiiksi tekemällä hankintasopimukset omiin nimiinsä.

         Urakkasopimukset laaditaan RT-kortin mukaiselle urakkasopimuspohjalle.

         Huoltopihan (urakka-alue 2) ja autopaikoituksen (urakka-alue 3) osahinnat sisältyvät projektinjohtourakan (urakka-alue 1) tavoitehintaan (liite AR683-G0.01 Pihapiirustus).
