         Hanke käsittää Karamzinin koulun vanhan osan elinkaarta jatkavan peruskorjauksen. Korjauksen yhteydessä yläpohjan lämmöneristeet vaihdetaan alakautta, uusi IV-konehuone, uudet ikkunat, pääosa lattiapinnoitteista sekä märkätilojen pintarakenteista uusitaan, kiintokalusteet, huoltomaalaus, ilmanvaihtotekniikka sekä osa lämmönjako- ja sähkötekniikasta uusitaan. Salaojan- ja pihan tasauksen korjaus rakennuksen länsivulla.

         Espoon kaupunki pyytää osallistumishakemuksianne (rajoitettu menettely) Karamzinin koulun elinkaarta jatkavan peruskorjausta (pääurakoitsija) koskevan hankintamenettelyn ensimmäisessä vaiheessa. Hankeen urakkamuoto on kokonaisurakka. Kokonaisurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana.

         II.2.4.1 Urakkamuoto

         Kohteen urakkamuotona on kokonaisurakka. Kokonaisurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana vastaten työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista sekä työmaapalveluista. Kokonaisurakkaan sisältyvät rakennustekniset, LVIA- ja sähkötyöt tarjousasiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa.

         Hankintayksikkö valitsee tarjouskilpailussa yhden (1) toteuttajan. Valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus ja alatekijänä halvin hinta.

         Hankkeen tavoiteaikataulu:

         Arvioitu rakennusurakan aloitus 6/2018 aikana.

         Kohde tulee olla kokonaisuudessaan valmis ja käyttäjän vastaanotettavissa käyttöön 6.6.2019.
