        115952 TRE:1614/02.07.01/2017 Hankinnan kohteena on Tesoman yhtenäiskoulun irtokalusteiden hankinta tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osaan:

        1. Oppilaskalusteet

        2. Salikalusteet

        3. Käytäväkalusteet.

        Tarjoaja voi tarjota vain yhtä tai kahta osaa tai kaikkia osia. Joka osaan valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja.

        Volyymi

        Hankinnan volyymi on kuvattu kalusteliitteissä 1, 2 ja 3.

        Toimitusaika

        Kalusteet toimitetaan kahdessa (2) vaiheessa vuonna 2018, suurin osa uudisrakennuksen valmistuttua ja pienempi osa sen jälkeen käynnistyvän vanhan rakennuksen A peruskorjauksen valmistuttua. Toimitusajat on esitetty liitteessä 5 Sopimusluonnos, kohta 8b. Optiot/lisähankinta

        Lopullisiin tilattavien kalusteiden lukumääriin saattaa tulla tarkennuksia ennen sopimuksen allekirjoittamista. Mahdollisesti täydentäviä hankintoja voidaan tehdä myös vielä päätilauksen jälkeen syksyllä 2018 ja vuoden 2019 aikana.

Osan vertailuun hyväksytään myös tarjous, jossa ainoastaan kaksi (2) tarjottua tuoteriviä, joiden tuotemäärä on alle kaksikymmentä (20) kpl, eli joka on tarjouspyynnön määrittelyjen vastainen, seuraavalla tavallla: Em. tapauksessa tuote korvataan hintavertailussa tuoterivin kalleimmalla hinnalla.
