         Energiavirasto hakee kahta (2) asiantuntijaa kehittämään Energiaviraston valvontatietojärjestelmää (VATI). VATI:n kautta toiminnanharjoittajat voivat toimittaa sähkö- ja maakaasuverkkotoiminnan valvontatietoja sähköisesti Energiavirastoon. Tietojärjestelmää käytetään verkonhaltijoiden teknisten tunnuslukujen, tilinpäätös-, verkonrakenne- ja vaihtoaktiivisuustietojen sekä kehittämissuunnitelmien ilmoittamiseen sekä erilaisten laskelmien tekemiseen. VATI-järjestelmä on koodattu Ruby on Railsilla ja sen alusta on Linux-palvelin.

         Hankinnassa haetaan kahta (2) asiantuntijaa, joilla on osaamista erityisesti seuraavilta osa-alueilta:

         – Ruby on Rails (v. 4.x alkaen),

         – MySql (v. 5.x alkaen),

         – JQuery,

         – SOAP & REST,

         – kokemusta ketterien mallien mukaisista projektityöskentelystä,

         – käytettävyys- ja käyttöliittymäsuunnittelusta,

         – testauskäytännöistä,

         – sovelluskehitysmalleista.
