Hankkeen, Kolme kampusta, kiinteistöt ovat opetuskäytössä. Suunniteltavat ja saneerattavat kiinteistöt muodostavat kolme (3) erillistä kampusta Seinäjoella osoitteissa Kirkkokatu 10, Törnäväntie 24 ja Rastaantaival 2. Kaikilla näillä kiinteistöillä on olemassa olevia rakennuksia. Hankinta kilpailutetaan kokonaisuutena aikatauluhallinnan ja edullisen kustannustason saavuttamiseksi.

         -rakennesuunnittelu. Suunniteltavat ja saneerattavat kiinteistöt muodostuvat kolmesta eri kampuksesta osoitteissa Kirkkokatu 10, Törnäväntie 24 ja Rastaantaival 2. Kaikissa osoitteissa on siis olemassa olevia rakennuksia.
